At Get Rooted, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help make things right.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Certain made-to-order or specialty items may not be eligible for cancellation once payment has been completed.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@getrootedhair.store.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label
- A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- A refund to your original payment method
- Store credit (if preferred)
In most cases, damaged or incorrect items do not need to be returned.
Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order experiences an unusual shipping delay, please contact us for assistance.
Orders may qualify for a replacement or refund if:
- U.S. orders have not arrived within 45 days after shipment
- International orders have not arrived within 60 days after shipment
If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, additional documentation from the shipping carrier may be required before a refund or replacement can be issued.
Returns
Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and hygiene considerations for personal care items, we generally do not accept physical returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to find a fair resolution.
Items are not eligible for refunds or returns in the following situations:
- The item was delivered successfully, and no issues are present
- Minor packaging damage occurred but the product itself is usable
- The customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variant
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery
- Normal wear, misuse, or dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
