Cancellation Policy

At Get Rooted, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getrootedhair.store.

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has already shipped, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please note that some orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery times. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellation requests after an order has been placed.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you may still be eligible for assistance under our Return & Refund Policy if there is an issue with your order upon delivery.

Get Rooted reserves the right to cancel and refund orders in certain situations, including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Payment verification issues
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Shipping address issues or delivery restrictions

If an order is cancelled by us, you will be notified and issued a full refund to your original payment method.
